RETURNS POLICY

I always hope you will be truly pleased with your purchases and continue to shop with us. If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact me within 14 days of the order being placed by emailing sharon@littlewhitefeathers.com and I will do my very best to rectify any problems you have. I check everything thoroughly before orders are sent out so I hope you will be happy :)

PLEASE NOTE:
We can not accept returns on personalised, bespoke or products made-to-order to your specific requirements, earrings or sale items - these are all non-refundable unless we have not supplied the item you ordered or the item arrived damaged.

We cannot be held responsible for customers ordering the wrong item or misspelling personalised orders.

  • Should you choose to return or exchange your order, you will need to return the items and once received, we can reimburse you.
  • All items must be returned unused and in its original packaging and condition along with a copy of your dispatch note to my return address:
    LittleWhiteFeathers.com, 50 Walnut Grove, Shepton Mallet, Somerset, BA4 4HX.
  • When returning items, we recommend you obtain a Proof of Posting receipt from Royal Mail as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be made to you within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made via your original payment method.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS

Every product is thoroughly checked to ensure it leaves LittleWhiteFeathers.com in perfect condition. Should your order be incorrect or damaged in transit, please inform me within 48 hours, by calling 01749 343 198 or emailing sharon@littlewhitefeathers.com, giving full details and I will do my very best to help you.
