DELIVERY / POSTAL CHARGES
Delivery in the UK will be made 1st Class by Royal Mail. All orders will be despatched to you via Royal Mail - their UK services cover England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man.
As LittleWhiteFeathers.com is a business in its infancy, we are currently not taking International orders for shipping/delivery outside of the UK.
The delivery cost is based on the product’s size and weight, and the packaging required to protect your item during its delivery to you.
FREE Collection in person (from LWF front door):
We are aware that some customers live local and would prefer to collect their orders rather than pay postage costs - this makes perfect sense to us, we'd rather save you the pennies if we can, and of course we love seeing you too!
So if you are a customer local to LittleWhiteFeathers.com HQ in Shepton Mallet, Somerset and choose the FREE Collection Delivery Option, we will email you when your order has been fulfilled to arrange a day/time suitable for you to collect direct from us.

1st Class Delivery - Signed For:
The ‘Signed For’ delivery option requires a signature upon delivery, to give you extra piece of mind
when ordering your precious items

£3.00 - 1st Class Large Letter - Signed For (UK only)
£5.75 - 1st Class Small Parcel: Standard up to 2kg - Signed For (UK only)
We always get a Proof of Postage receipt so if you have any problems with your parcel being damaged or lost then please contact us.
We have tried to make the delivery charges as simple as possible. However, if things aren’t clear to you, please do not hesitate to get in touch on 01749 343 198 or email email@example.com.
Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct, they are printed directly from the information you give us when submitting your order online. We wouldn’t want your order not to reach you. If your order does not arrive please contact us within 14 days from the dispatch date
(an automated email is always sent out upon dispatch).
DO NOT ASSUME A CALLING CARD IS ALWAYS LEFT BY ROYAL MAIL: Before contacting us, please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office to find out if your parcel is waiting to be collected.
Most of our products are handmade to order and we will always endeavour to send out orders as soon as possible, you will find an estimated dispatch time listed in the bullet points within the Product Description to give you an idea of how long they may take to produce. At busy or peak times this may vary, in which case we will contact you via email to inform you.
If you need your order sooner than the estimated time stated, please contact us prior to ordering and we will do our best to meet your request.
Each order is sent directly to the delivery address you specify when placing your order. We will make every effort to deliver the goods within the specified time scale however very occasionally delays occur or are caused for reasons beyond our control (such as bad weather or postal strikes, for example). We ask for your patience if this happens – we will be doing our best to sort it out for you.
