Wonderfully cool, this blend helps to stimulate and revive the body and wake up the mind. With minty top notes and sharp, grassy, herbaceous undertones - the fresh scent is clean, bright and minty, deeply penetrating and refreshingly stimulating, restorative, revitalising, uplifting and protective.

This blend is bold, both a physical and mental stimulant - peppermint is good for promoting clarity and alertness, helping to alleviate the symptoms of shock, depression, feelings of inferiority and insecurity and can deepen intuitive insight. It is great for concentration too, stimulating the brain and improving memory whilst refreshing and clearing the mind. It helps with vertigo, the respiratory system and circulation, relieves stress and tension, headaches and migraines, fatigue and lethargy.
Lavender is calming, restorative, healing, and soothing, it aids relaxation and balances emotions.
Rosemary has long been used in funeral foliage or planted in memory of someone who has died, it was believed to stimulate the brain and help the memory and so it came to be associated with remembrance.
This is an ideal scent for when you are in need of revitalising - perfect for awakening the senses.
