Fresh top notes of lavender, floral middle notes of jasmine with fruity accent of red fruits, base notes of sandalwood and musks.
Therapeutic qualities of this blend:
Lavender is hugely versatile; calming, relaxing and balancing and an excellent all-round essential oil - its scent is restorative, healing, soothing, sedative, cleansing, purifying, and balances emotions. Particularly good for the treatment of nervous conditions - helps with mood swings and depression, lifts anxiety and relieves stress, tension, headaches, migraines, hypertension, insomnia and can allay the effects of clinical shock.
Jasmine has long been associated with love, the essential oil is psychologically healing, helping to reduce anxieties, stress, sadness and extreme moods.
This blend is particularly good for encouraging emotional expression - it helps in healing pain and soothes the heart.
